Writing and grading

Policy inputs, edited cases and uploaded observation files are processed locally in your browser or Node runtime. Failurecase does not upload those contents, call an external model or retain them on its servers. Export files to retain your work. If you use the optional prompt in another AI service, that service’s data rules apply.

Site and purchase information

Hosting providers process technical request information. Sign-in is handled by ChatGPT. When purchases open, Failurecase uses your site-specific account ID and order identifiers to grant downloads. Stripe processes payment details and may collect billing/contact information. Failurecase does not receive full card numbers.

Retention and requests

Order records are retained to deliver purchases, manage refunds and meet business record obligations. Support messages are retained as needed to resolve requests. Contact us for access or deletion requests; some transaction records may need to be retained. Do not send customer traces, credentials or sensitive personal data to support.

No data resale

Customer inputs are not collected for model training or dataset resale. This site has no advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics in the application code.
